After three long years, Saturn leaves Aquarius and enters Pisces, with a brief venture into Aries late May 2025, returning to Pisces in September 2025 until February 13, 2026.

This is huge! Globally, we were all affected as we entered a lockdown on March 13, 2020, and the term Social (Aquarius) Distancing (Saturn) became part of our lexicon.

Saturn is the taskmaster of the Zodiac and rules the sign of Capricorn. It’s like Dad coming into the room to tell you to clean up or you can’t go outside to play with your friends.

If you live to be 100 years old, Saturn will only transit your natal (birth) position 3 times. When you go through this transit, it is not fun, but it is about getting serious, being dutiful and responsible—everything you don’t want to do, but must do in order to become wiser and more mature. 

With Saturn’s transit through Pisces, I see this actually as an opportunity to create the structure, foundation and manifestation of our dreams. It will not be as heavy of an energy as Saturn in Capricorn or Saturn in Aquarius. 

Pisces rules our dreams, is compassionate, charitable, poetic and musical. It transcends the material world and allows us a peek into other dimensions. Meditation and spirituality is associated with Pisces, for this nebulous sign sees All and is not rooted or grounded in our 3D world. So, now with Saturn’s transit through the sign of the fish, we will have an opportunity to create the structure Pisces envisions.

Have you always wanted to sit all day and meditate to connect with Source? Raise the vibration of the Planet? Saturn can provide the necessary structure to bring this dream to fruition. You can start a business or create a group of like minded individuals where this can become a reality.

On the other hand, Pisces also rules addictions and escapist tendencies. Drugs, alcohol, running away are also Piscean themes. When life gets too hard, we all want to go somewhere else. We have all done this, but we also know this isn’t the healthiest of habits, and in some cases can be deadly. Saturn here can help. Is it time to enter treatment, rehab, start that diet and healthy lifestyle plan you have been putting off? This transit will help because Saturn is after all, realistic about our endeavors. You can achieve the results you want if you work hard and persevere. 

The planetary energies of these large scale societal shifts are with purpose. They allow us to grow and evolve. We often want things to be easy in our lives, but we didn’t graduate College, start that business, get that job promotion or lose those 30 pounds taking the easy way. 

Saturn in Pisces located in your chart will shape a specific area of your life over the next three years. Is it related to your identity, making money, communications, home and family, joy and creativity, or health, work and habits? Will it be about marriage and partnerships, inheritances or delving into the mysteries of life? This is determined by the House which Saturn will be transiting.
